To enhance team cohesion and enrich the cultural life of employees, from November 8th to 10th, 2025, Hangzhou Jarsin Chemical Co., Ltd. organized all staff to go to Phuket, Thailand for a team-building activity. In the exotic atmosphere, they gathered the strength to forge ahead and demonstrated the united and vigorous corporate image.
During the team-building period, carefully designed special projects allowed everyone to immerse themselves in the tropical atmosphere and the joy of collaboration. Jungle zip line projects, between employees through the rainforest canopy, encourage each other in a high-slip of breathtaking experience.
In the ATV off-road race, everyone formed teams to race across the mountains and fields, cooperating seamlessly on the rough track.
During the snorkeling activity, everyone joined hands to explore the secret underwater realm and shared happy moments in the rippling blue waves.
As night fell, the warm group dinner became a bond to enhance friendship. Everyone sat around together, savoring Thai specialties, sharing work experiences and interesting travel stories. Amid the steaming and lively atmosphere, the sense of belonging and trust within the team continued to rise.
This team-building activity in Phuket not only allowed the employees to relax after their busy work but also deepened the team philosophy of “thinking in unison and working with one heart” through interactive collaboration.
